i get contacted pretty frequently by men wanting to know how i was able to step outside the box.... not bragging, they've seen my profile.. seen me somewhere or seen a post i dropped on a group.. and seem to think i have all the answers.... i don't... but i try to help them see that male submission is not a curse... nor is it a death sentence to their manhood... Black Males seem to have biggest concerns about this.. The number one concern is that they will be seen as a punk if they are seen submitting to anyone... Surprisingly, the gender of the Dominant... falls second to the idea of being found acting like a sub! i could NOT have given my submission a real chance to be a reality... till i understood, and was comfortable, with being who and what i am... a Black Man. You've heard me tell the story of my journey... it was YEARS before i "understood" that i was NOT CRAZY for wanting to be submissive. Only Then, was i able to actively pursue real life Dominance. i have to publicly thank Lady Z and Mistress Deni from Az for their help, in getting me out of my house and into the real world. i hope i can return that favor by helping other subs of color to successfully make the same journey.

For Me, being a hetero black male Dom that has been able to befriend, and associate with, black male subs regardless of sexual orientation in my time within the realm, it affords Me a unique perspective when I am able to speak with the ones that We have in our circle, and learn things from that perspective as well. and now that My Beloved and I have accepted a black male sub into Our House as of recently, it has opened a different perspective for Me, as well as for him, in terms of how we communicate and interact with each other, whether Empress is in the immediate area or not. In showing My appreciation to black male submissives, for the strength that it takes not only to be a Black Man, but to express your submission and do so with pride, I can only imagine what you endure on a daily basis, nor will I pretend to try. All I can do is try to be as accepting and open in my communication with you, should you come across Me in cyberspace or in person I do say "Our" when it comes to him, because, frankly speaking, he belongs to the House, not just to his Mistress. While the dynamic is different when it comes to how he serves, nevertheless he is submissive to us both. Black men are expected to be strong for there female partners and I believe any man should be strong for his female partner regardless of his race, but in our culture many men cant see the difference in submitting to a woman in a bdsm scene and still bieng strong in the vanilla part. Also I dont think that there is that much of a shortage as people might think, but I do believe a lot of black men are walking around in a fantasy stage and not really understanding what their desires mean. Also if they arent on the internet they probably never will understand. My fantasies and desires lay deep and dorment until I discovered the internet many years ago and I really believe that i might not have ever experienced a session with a Domme if it had not been for the internet exposing me to the lifestyle...because I really didnt know what my desires were or even if they had a name...in fact I thought something may have been wrong with me. Some of my closest Domme friends have even stated that they get contacted by more black masters than they do black male subs and its not a friendly little chat thing either...they want to submit. So In my opinion there may not be a shortage...just not a willingless to open up...even I have this problem...
